As title says,

I found a local store with a 99.9% mint LX 2000 special edition. No box, no silver 50mm 1.2. What's a reasonable price for it - as the seller honestly doesn't know the price either?

For the LX2000 & A50/1.2 Special as a kit, they go for about $2000-2500.

Split that in half for just the LX2000 body.

Two years ago, In 2019, I paid $2600 USD for a LX-2000 body, grip and A50/1.2 Special lens in near-mint condition (no box or papers).
At that time I figured the lens alone was worth at least $1600 based on asking & sold prices.

So I estimate I paid $1000 for the LX-2000 body & grip.

It is a shame a matching Silver LX-Winder, clothed in Chocolate Leather, was not included in the LX-2000 kits.

according to the information accumulated by others that I have found:

The Pentax LX Millennium 2000 Y2k.logo comes with a companion beautiful and solidly made standard lens of 50mm f/1.2 in a limited production basis. Frankly, I was a little disappointed not seeing the setup for not considering bundling the innovative FB-1 Viewfinder system. The LX Millennium has a standard eyelevel finder FA-1 as standard.

The LX2000 OEM finder matched the colour of the silver body, the other LX finders would be in black and look a bit strange mounted.

Yeah it's odd that the A50/1.2 "Special" is missing from the OP's kit. The leather LX2000 strap is also very nice.

A silver version "smc Pentax-A 1:1.2 50mm Special" was produced for the silver Pentax LX 2000. This version came with a matching metal screw-in hood.

Every complete LX-2000 Kit I have seen for sale includes the Finger Grip.

One of the things I really like about the 'newer' LX-2000 is Pentax added a camera strap pin to the Finger Grip,
providing strap pins on both left & right sides of the camera when the grip is attached. On the 'regular' LXs, if the
Finger Grip is attached, a camera strap can only be attached to the two left side pins of the camera.

I like this feature, so I kept a look out for another LX-2000 grip w/pin for use on my 'regular' LX, too.
Amazingly, I found one within a month! I was able to buy a used LX-2000 grip with no camera attached!

Picture below is my LX-2000 showing the 'Special' Grip with camera strap pin near it's top.
I do not have the OEM leather strap, so I use a brown Tamrac N-45 strap on this camera instead.
Yep, I shoot with this camera, it is not a 'Shelf Queen'.
