He gave us apreview a while ago in this thread: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/29-welcomes-introductions/407494-working...tax-guide.html

I found this post in the Dutch equivalent to craigslist (marktplaats)

Shipping outside of Europe is ~20 Euro making the book ~52Euro total.

English version
Hello Pentax enthusiasts,

The second edition of my book (in English) is ready! It is a deluxe edition with a hard cover, a notch and a red reading ribbon. The volume of the book is 288 pages.

This new edition focuses on collecting and using old Asahi Pentax cameras and Takumar lenses.

The book covers all cameras: the Asahiflexes, the S/H types, the Spotmatic, its derivatives and the electronically controlled Electro Spotmatic, ES and ES II. Furthermore, the Motor Drive and Data cameras. The American models are also discussed, such as the Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic IIa.

In addition to all Takumar lenses, all accessories are also included, such as bellows and intermediate rings, filters and microscope adapters.

Separate chapters deal with maintenance and use of this 45-year-old or older equipment.

Of course, the history of the manufacturer is also discussed. The company was founded on November 27, 1919.

The price of the book is € 32.50 excluding shipping costs.

I guess a PM to @Argos is the way to get in touch with him?

I ordered my book from Mr. van Oosten a few days ago and it is on its way from the Netherlands. Total to Pennsylvania was $65 US dollars. I had purchased a Asahi Pentax S (the rare bird!) from him over a year ago. He is a nice person with which to deal, and we had a few conversations on FB Messenger. I am impatiently waiting for my trans-Atlantic parcel to arrive!!

I contacted Gerjan here on Pentax Forums (@Argos), with my PayPal and postal address, and promptly received a payment request. This may be a simpler option for PF members that don’t speak Dutch.

My copy of the second edition arrived and it is great for nerdy types like myself. I could never find an affordable copy of the original book so I'm glad to be able to get a copy of the new one at a sane price.
