New Kodak film product!

Alright, so it is Kodak licensed, and a film case. Still, I just picked up one and it is surprisingly nice. Thick metal, thick paint, really solid. 5 individual compartments for 35mm film. Lovely vintage look. Also in Ektachrome colours, and plain silver. Maybe also black.

$25 at my local shop.

Slick................I've got to get one. Noticed these are being offered on eBay in different colors. A bit pricey but a gotta have (if you were ever into Kodak film products)!! I still have some Kodachrome to put in them (the red and yellow one).

Thanks for that tip.

I bought the JCH five 135 roll case in black.
I'm looking forward to a day I might expect to use five rolls of film...

I keep my 35mm and 120 format film in old 1960's era metal film canisters. Made by Agfa, they still seal well and are quite compact.

Having said that I will look into getting several of the 120/135 cases. They look handy for keeping film in the fridge, my current film fridge is filled mostly with cardboard cartons which turn to mush when they thaw out.

I have the yellow / red one. Analogue Wonderland has been selling them for a while. They are very nice and stay shut in a stuffed bag.

Nice! Yeah that is a better deal than the one on ebay.

It's $25 for the small, $30 for the bigger one. So much nicer than the plastic cases, this feels like it will last a life time, and age really well.

I just picked up the big one - blue yellow - by mistake! I wanted to buy the small one as a gift, and didn't notice as I was in a rush. Now I am thinking of keeping the larger one and gifting the smaller one!
Nice to be able to hold 5 35mm rolls, and 4 120 rolls in one box.

$22 to ship which makes these plastic cases more expensive than the metal Kodak ones.

Freestyle Photo has some, a couple bucks more than what JCH is selling but shipping is cheaper (since its not coming directly from Japan): Search Results | Freestyle Photo & Imaging

Japan Camera Hunter sells film and many film photography related items as well.

I'm a cheapskate too. I bought my like-new JCH film case from KEH for $10.00.
