Blue, I think those are the same picture.

At least the source URLs are the same.

Here is an old motel. I bet this place was hopping when the SV was the rage! The first one is with the SV & Super Tak 55mm and Fujicolor 200 scanned on V500. The comparison was done with the K200d and DA 21mm ltd.

Love that pic. Is that out on Highway 90?

Actually, it is on US 19. It is about a mile north of the US 90 and US 19 intersection which is actually the circle around the Jefferson County Courthouse in Monticello. The mile is a very rough guess but it isn't far and is in Monticello. There has been a lot of this kind of stuff disappearing the past couple of years so I've decided to try to get as much retro shots as I can. I figured there wasn't a more cool way than an SV.

If it's a mile north of 90, then I've been within a mile of it back before they finished 10 from Lake City to Tallahassee. Also I've probably been by that store in St. Marks on the way out to Shell Point a few years ago.

Straightshooter,

The store is literally across the street from the Rivers Side Grill. Posey's used to be there but the building was condemned after sustaining hurricane damage. The sail boat was docked at Riverside grill. I'll try to post some more pics this weekend. BTW, U.S. 19 goes from the 90 intersection north to Thomasville, GA.

This looks like a ton of fun. What do I have to do to get on the list?

Just ask and agree that you'll pay shipping for sending the camera to the next in line... which in your case is me unless someone else joins.

One of the rules is that you work out with the next person where to ship it. We are not publishing that information here.

If for some reason the next person in line does not respond to PMs in a reasonable time, they forfeit and next in line gets the camera. I just ask that everyone act responsibly and let me or the list know when the item was shipped. A tracking number is appreciated.

If that is all acceptable, welcome aboard! The list is then:

Stevopedia (completed)
felix68 (completed)
Ratmagiclady (completed)
séamuis (completed)
blue (completed)
ryan s (in hand)
konraDarnok

Right... don't kill yourself on that, but also try not to go beyond three weeks. Work out the details with the next in line via PM. Monochrome's note is a good example of why you want to contact the next in line now and work out the details.
