"Crippled" KAF mounts

I have a zx-30 with a "Crippled" KAF mount and according to wikipedia it can only handle "A" type lenses or else the camera won't know what the aperture setting is. Is there a work around or adapter for this that will work?

None that I have ever seen and if there was it wound almost have to in a teleconverter-like unit and would likely cost more than the camera originally did. Have you read the article at Features and Operation of the crippled Kaf Mount

I tried converting a K mount to KA mount. I have posted the results separately, however while the mount conversion worked, I found that there is a difference in the apature activation lever operation on K mounts, where the apature diameter changes linearly with movement, as opposed to area. this caused serious exposure problems.

If I were you and you want a film camera that works with anything, look at a PZ-1
