I finally got around to posting my initial impressions of RR 100 here:

The comments above regarding a reformulated emulsion appear to be true. The box speed is ISO 100. The recommended ISO for development in FG-7 1:15 at 70F is ISO 80. My film tests indicate ISO 160 for FG-7 1:15. 1 1/3 stops without push processing is pretty significant in my book.
