What camera and lens is this ?

I saw this, on my tv, at the beginning of a French film :

La moutarde me monte au nez (Teacher leave the kids alone!) 1974
from Claude Zidi
With Pierre Richard, Jane Birkin, Pierre Piéplu, etc... (IMDb).

I saw directly it was a Pentax camera. Is it a Spotmatic with a Takumar 400mm ?

Looks like it'd have to be... Don't know about the lens, though, could it be a Novoflex, with whatever the actor's hanging onto?
