Shot a roll of Kodak Ektar, in my Lubitel, Unicolor

Used a tripod, slow shutter large aperture, kinda like this one in a LOMO sort of way, almost dreamy look

With flash

After some work, moving the fence to BEHIND the flower bed for my mom.

After the last roll, I decided to test the focus and it was way off, I adjusted that back to the best I could manage without 4 hands, the cogs did not jump, it was just way off.
Flash hand held, this is my new baby crown

This looks like a recent shot? Have you tried converting is to greyscale? The light is soft, but there's not a lot of colour.

Kodachrome circa 1948

Two of my favorite people left us today and did it like they did everything else: together. This was taken shortly after they were married (my grandparents), probably early 1948, crossing the Straight of Juan de Fuca from on a holiday to Victoria and Vancouver Island B.C.. Quite a bit of my photo love originated in my grandfather, passed to my father and me. They'll be sorely missed.

Man, rough day. Sorry for your loss, but that's truly special to have photos of them.

Very sorry to hear that. These are the times when we most appreciate a decent photo of our loved ones.

Some more of the Astia. I've got one roll left, and I think I might shoot it with a very pale yellow filter to warm it up a tad.

Flexaret Standard.
Belar 80mm f3.5.
Fujichrome Astia 100 (expired).

Possible, though I generally try to avoid white balance adjustments to my scans.
