For me they always say 'Click to view photo'?

Same deal on Chrome, Firefox, Safari. iPhone, iPad, Macbook, PC laptop...

It was set to 'yes'. I changed it to 'no' and logged out then back in. No change, still only seeing a link...

It should be set to yes since the photos are hosted on an external http site.
Hopefully changing it back to yes as dsmithhfx suggests will resolve things.
