Thanks Javier

This following one is really fun. It's a post of a pretty model by a shop. But from a fish's eye, she doesn't look that fantastic anymore

With film, the 180 degree diagonal fisheye lenses are REALLY cool. Sort of expensive for what is essentially a toy, but cool none-the-less!

Thank you for the kind words gents. What I really like about the camera is it's compactness, I can set off on the bike with it, a lightmeter and a couple of rolls of film all slipped into the pockets and do some MF photography without a back pack or other impedimenta.

Here's a couple more I took on the same day.

Yeah its some really great film. Love the colors it puts out, even managed to get the blues out of the winter sky, and the grain is really fine.

So much do you pay for developing that stuff? It's 7 euros for me -- that's ten bucks! Film is expensive enough to begin with.

Cheese making first step

This is a cheese making little farm with a cute dog and inquisitive flock.

All in APX100 handheld at 1/15s, hence the bad focus.

Still relaxing images for New Year.

Cheers,

Luc

It costs me $3.50 to develop a 36 roll of negatives.

$3 USD, development only...no prints, no scans.

It could be argued (and it already has) that digital image production is perhaps too cheap wheras good photography costs.

I hear of wedding photographers boasting of taking 2,000 shots in a day. How on earth can anyone see whats going on and look for good photographic possibilities if they are machine gunning the event at that rate?

Justin.
