Ah. I suspect that changing the effect is the reason for the rating being a range on Nightbird. On the other hand,
this was one of the only shots that could even be discerned as more than an underexposed, grainy blob the one time I actually shot it at 800.
Checking Flickr, it looks like I've tried this 3 times over as many years, with only about 1 "successful" result per roll. Thankfully I paid for just one of those rolls, so the only significant money wasted was on development.
