That's either quite old or quite recent; I recognize that building & recall that it was a Starbucks back in the spring.
It's from about a year ago.

I've now shot 3 rolls of Metropolis, and this is the first photo that I've felt was worth posting. To say that I don't like the film would be an understatement and I've still got 2 more rolls in the fridge.

Pentax 6x7.
SMC Pentax 67 165mm f2.8.
Lomochrome Metropolis.

If your fridge was closer I'd take it off you.

Yeah. Lomography's marketing text can be a bit overwrought at times. (And I say this even liking some of their films!)

Not entirely certain on the lens here. I know it was 58mm, but can't recall if it was the Topcon 58/1.8 that came with the R III or a Meyer 58/1.9. I'm tempted to say the Topcon, as the Meyer tends to be a bit glowier wide-open and this definitely was wide open or close to it.

Topcon R III.
58mm lens.
Kodak Hawkeye Supercolor.

There are various things I am not keen on with Lomography (especially the prices they charge... some of their lenses might have tempted me at a 1/3 of the price) but I am very happy at the resurgence of analogue photography: new films (not just news of ones being discontinued), new repair people being trained (Camera Rescue in Finland, for example), new labs and vendors. If Lomography is, at least in part, behind some of this resurgence, then all power to their elbow. I take a lot of digital photos, and a lot of film ones, and I'd like to be able to continue doing that.
