I think I shared this here back when I first shot it in 2010, but I decided to rescan it the other day and thought I'd share it again. Rescanning this negative 10 years after shooting it, I was impressed by the quality that this consumer grade film was able to deliver.

Hard to believe its been 10 years this week I shot my last roll of Kodachrome 64. Was on a trip to Argentina & Uruguay and couriered the film to Dwayne's Photo just before the processing cut-off date. Took a few weeks to get the processed/mounted slides back, as they were super busy. Here are a few shots from the trip.

I still have the tee-shirt. One I wear, one is still in the packaging.

Here is my last ever frame:

And a selfie I took the morning I finished the last roll and sent the films off to Lausanne (who were just forwarding them to Dwayne's).

There was a t-shirt? I had several rolls from the last Kodachrome production run and also had them processed by Dwaynes at the very end of things. Those last few rolls contained some of my best work with that film. I wish I had shot it more.

Not the first Lomochrome Purple roll I've shot, but the first that wasn't ruined by a too loose wind around the takeup spool. Haven't had that problem with any other films in these cameras, which leaves me to wonder about the Lomography in particular.

Sounds in line with the philosophy of artistry by ambush.

The one second from left appears to be in boastful conversation with the others who are patiently ignoring with closed mouth.
