Well I ran a roll of LOMO 800 through my Pentax 67 and am very happy with the results, all images were exposed using the inbuilt exposure meter and ETTR.

Here is a Lab scan un-edited.

Developed my first roll of black and white film a couple of days ago. Decided to use my K-1 to digitize the photos rather than my flatbed scanner since I have a bellows unit with a film holder on the front. Came out OK for a first attempt but I have work to do since it looks a bit muddy. Taken with my Spotmatic, HP5+, likely 1/125, f/11. Developed in Caffenol-C-H at 19 deg C for 20 minutes, water stop bath, Ilford Rapid Fixer. Loading those Paterson reels is a pain in the keester.

For anyone interested, I read over at Flickr today that Agfa will be making one last batch of Silvermax 100 and then there won't be any more after that.

That's a shame as Silvermax was a great film and good for reversal processing. I guess it was redundant as Adox has the new Scala 160 for a positive b&w film.

Apparently Scala 160 is exactly the same film, the only differences are packaging and marketing. So this will be the last batch of Scala 160 too.

I don't keep up much on these things. Was Adox not able to bring their new factory in production? (Both Silvermax and Scala 160 are still current product on the Adox English Web site.)

Edit: Found statement from Adox on Photrio from this last fall with full explanation... https://www.photrio.com/forum/threads/what-is-the-status-of-scala-160-silver.../#post-2319148

Edit #2: PhotoImpex has Silvermax available mailorder only. https://www.fotoimpex.com/films/adox-silvermax-bw-film-with-high-silver-content.html
