Ah I see. Assumed it was a reference to something, but couldn't for the life of me figure out what!

Personally the Pandanis remind me of the Truffula trees from Dr Seuss

Thanks for the kind words And yes, haha, unfortunately the prices are all relative... I wonder if you might be able to snag a Rolleicord for around your budget. From what I hear they are rather good and quite possibly undervalued. That said, I've seen some really nice results from Holgas in the right situation also!
Thanks for the suggestion of the Rolleicord, I wouldn't turn my nose up at one. I started a thread in the non-Pentax section for Holgas and the like to post some shots recently, after a friend lent me theirs to try- I've now been given a Coronet 6x6 to have some fun with- was impressed with the fun the Holga gave me.

Here's one landscape photo from my latest Fuji C200 film roll. I developed and scanned the film at a photography club. Shot with a Pentax Spotmatic & 55mm Super-Takumar. I used a linear polarizing filter.

I had a roll of Washi-F Fluorographic film. Whacky stuff, lots of glow around the highlights and quite a bit of grain for a 100 ISO film but can create some interesting effects in the right circumstances. I had the film developed/scanned commercially and the negs are quite dense. Here are some examples taken using my MX, and either my K50/1.4 or K30/2.8.

Looks like it'd make a sick 90s album cover.
