Ha! Ha! Nice job!

I was starting to think that I was a little bit crazy shooting tree bark, but at least one other person finds it interesting. Of course, maybe it is a regional affliction.

This is easily the best thread on this forum (IMHO).
Funny you say this. I was just having a conversation with Steve and said the same thing in another thread.

Test roll from my new MZ-5n body. The lab scans were garbage so I'm gradually re-scanning on my Dad's Epson V500.

Fuji Superia 400, FA 50mm f/1.4.

Thanks Steve.
I liked your idea of doing a Portland area get together.

No crowing or griping or wishing or fighting--just a lot of shots that showcase the pure joy of photography.

Yikes, I found the post, and you pretty much said that, too!

Exactly right...This thread and people here are really about ''photography'' Now how strange is that to have in a photo forum

Did he get a print?

Very nice. The tones are perfect. What was the time on the developing?

Agnostic, that is truly a retro image taken with a vintage classic. bigthumbsup It looks like it could have been taken 40 or 50 years ago.

Snapshots in the bath are treading in dangerous territory. In many ways, this not really my best work, but somehow I like it.

Thank you! Developing time was 1 hour in Rodinal 1:100 with a minute of agitation at the start and a swirl after half an hour.

Thanks! He didn't give me any contact info. When I said I had the shot he waived and walked on. I guess he just liked seeing someone working with a vintage camera.
