6x7 has such great DOF, my eyes just eat it up. Nice silouhetting with the 35mm gear - that's a very good photograph.

Nesster, that looks like an old Caterpillar "Nuckle Buster" road grader. Great shot.

Here's the 2nd shot from my new FAJ 18-35.

Really like the last shot. The woman with the chequered bag looks like she's in the poster.

I have liked Javier's latest ektar shots too, nicely rendered!

Here's more from the same roll as the earlier picture:

Those shots look great from the 18-35. I just bought a new one on eBay this morning. I hope
to get it before I head out to Sweden next week and then I'll take the *ist, 18-35 and Sigma 28-300DG with me.

Thanks Valder. So far I have really enjoyed the 18-35.

Here are a few more from the MZ-L+FAJ 18-35mm.
This time on Fujicolor 200

In the shots by jgredline the flesh tones in the poster are very similiar to the ones of the people around it. At a glance the look like they're (the poster) just other people in the scene. Intersesting.

@Swift1, again, you make that fuji 200 look good.

@goddo31(Jason), congrats on the scanner. You're making me start thinking about putting a V700 on my shopping list.

Unfortunately, real life has been getting in the way of my film shooting (and my posting). I've been getting reacquainted with my K10D and shooting a lot of theatre at school. Fortunately the academic year is winding down and I can get back to film.

Samuel Colt's widow had a church built in Hartford (Church of the Good Shepherd) and the accompanying parish house that she dedicated to here son, Caldwell, who died prematurely. I had the luxury of teaching a class in the house below.

SuperProgram, M28 f3.5, Ultramax 400

The church itself isn't too shabby, either.

Best to all,
Kevin

Found some detail shots of the church I shot last September. Note the pieces of the Colt revolver that decorate the empty spaces created by the arms of the cross.

ZX-5n, FA50, Portra 400

And a detail of the other side of the church from the same set.

Clearly the weather wasn't as nice in September <g>.

Best to all,
Kevin
