Nice shots, and it makes me nostalgic. One of those old Vivitar SL bodies was my very first SLR almost 40 years ago. I did put some Pentax glass on it, though.

Finally got around to getting 6 rolls of film developed and scanned a little tonight. I tried some Ilford Pan F + 50 iso and it certainly has a different feel than what I am used to. Interesting film. The grain is very fine, however I can't help but liken it to Ektar 100 in terms of grain! Maybe I have the wrong impression.

I discovered this roll of film from 2008 today, when I first started photography, and had it developed.

I did a whole roll of film today, but I dont know how they will come out. I think my light meter is broke

Don't know if this is the appropriate forum to post this in, but it's probably the one one where it will be most appreciated <g>. I've been transferring some of my off-air taped episodes of the X Files to DVD and I was shocked to come across this ad for Kodak Max film. I don't pay much attention to ads anyway but ca. 1999-2000 film was so far below my radar, I definitely didn't notice it then. Funny thing is, I've shot a roll of this now-discontinued film in a Nikon EM that had an unfinished roll of film in it when I bought it.

Hope everybody enjoys the trip down memory lane...

Kevin

Velvia 100

It has been several months since I touched a color photo. I was going through the shots taken last year in France and liked that one

This is a Kodachrome transparency from about '80, K1000 and 50mm/2.
