Actually, I hate the bloke. I've just had to buy a Yashica 24 off ebay only because he keeps posting his excellent MF shots here

Thanks!
I think I have ten more rolls of the Neopan 400 MF left. I will order some more at Macodirect when I put in an order one of these days. From what I understand they changed the formula and it should have finer grain and improved push process qualities now. I'm curious to try it in low light at 1600.

Well, since it's my fault you bought the Yashica I hope you are enjoying it!

Rolleicord Vb, Rollei Retro 100 in rodinal 1:100 (actually the last shot of the previous series was also Rollei Retro 100)

You guys still have it!?! It's been discontinued in 120 here for awhile, and Neopan 1600 just got the axe in 35mm too. I've also heard that Neopan 400 in 35mm might be on it's way out and Freestyle has discontinued their legacy pro 400(relabeled Neo 400). Really sad news because they are such great films IMO. I've got 7 rolls of the 1600 left in the freezer and about 15 of the 400 in 35mm. I've started looking at tri-x and hp5+ as alternatives, but I'm not sure they can match that slightly noir look + tight grain for the speed.

That truly sucks. I don't shoot much 400 ISO, but Legacy Pro is what I shoot when I do.

Fuji seems dead set on killing all my favorite films(of theirs). It seems Astia might be dead too. This should remind us all to buy and shoot lots o' film, because it may be gone the next time we go to pick some up... and keep posting to this thread too!

I guess we could still pour wet plates if the times get especially tough!

Crap, you are right. They still have 400 and 1600 in 35mm but no 400 in 120 anymore.
Well I will give Tri-x and HP5+ a try. Haven't shot those in 120. I have shot 120 Ilford Delta 400 at 1600 and that looks very nice. Haven't tried it in daylight at box speed yet but I have another roll lying around somehwere so I will give that a try.

Nice shot that first one.
Thank you. I like the low angles you used in your bicycle shots.
