Cars are great on film, I can't seem to help myself with such shots. Nice shots of yours, vertex. But what happened to the front numberplate?
You take such great b&w shots of your family!

Thankfully in Indiana we only need them in the rear! Some dealers get a bit aggressive with the marketing though and drill the front so they can mount their name plates. I made sure they didn't get anywhere near the front with a drill before I picked it up.

Thanks for the comments! I'm just glad they put up with it, otherwise I wouldn't have much time to play with my cameras!

Great shots Ninja! I thought I was the only one who photographs the pavement. Like the Mazda too. I drive a 2005 3s 5-door.

Thanks! A great photographer once said, "real photogs shoot concrete"... or maybe I just made that up.

Love the Mazda's, we have 2 of them. Your's is the same body style as mine if I'm not mistaken. Gotta love the hatchbacks! It's not always the best family vehicle, but daddy's gotta have his 6-speed turbo!

First "new" car I owned was one of the first Mazda imports, the RX3. That rotary engine could beat Chevy small block V8's! They've made some nice cars over the years.

Very cool car! some day I'd like to build a late 90's RX-7 from the ground up or maybe a late 80's. Something really appealing about that rotary's sound.

Well, about cars... My baby this summer:

Opel Vectra C 2008 imported new from Germany.
As far as I remember, it was Fortepan 100 in Rodinal, shot with Pentax SFX + K50/1.4

And another one...

Fisheye Pan, #1

Pentax KX, KMZ MC Zenitar 16/2.8 Fisheye, Kodachrome 64

I was playing around doing low shutter speed panning with the fisheye. Waste of perfectly good Kodachrome? Maybe...
