what a wonderful series, i especially liked the first.
Thanks! Buenos Aires was fun for street shooting, wide angels (28&35mm) worked best in the older parts of the city.

First: M50mm F1.4 at unknown aperture and shutter time. Velvia 50 on MX.
Second: A28mm F2.0 at unknown aperture and shutter time. Velvia 50 on MX.

Very plain and ordinary motives, yet I like how they turned out. Both "scanned" using the DA35ltd over a laptop monitor.

Great shot. How the hell did you train the one in the middle to be out of sync with the others?

Thanks Vendee, believe it or not, some tight fitting spandex and a wink

Waterfowl and their formation flying is truly awesome.Always the strongest bird in
the lead position, others rely on wing tip vortices as a 'boost'.When lead bird gets
tired,it falls back for a breather and another takes over and so on.
It really is spectacular to witness.

It's a really nice photo Hermawan. The facial expression of your friend captured is really good, nice work. Film looks good for 800 colour too; I haven't tried anything that fast in colour yet.

Here's part of a recent show of mine. Most of it, including everything visible in this shot, was done on film. Most were medium format. However, the tree picture on the right was shot with a KX and 55/1.8. Several other large prints elsewhere in the show were also done with Pentax gear. I do all my own scanning (Epson V700) and image corrections, send the files out for large prints which require no correction by the printer.

Very cool John! I was telling a friend last night how very thrilled I would be to have even one of my photos exhibited. Good work!
