I purposely over exposed the Ilford XP-2 by two full stops and Liked it. I will need to remember this.

A great catch and a catch of a lifetime. This Pope is actually a decent pope as well.

How does one become an Atheist? That I have never understood.

+1, damn nice work with the SPII and MV... Colton, what's your work flow with the dust problem? If I'm scanning the color film myself I vacillate between using digital ICE which can be good but on some days seems to blur things a bit, and scanning straight and getting into the zen mind with the spotting... and yes, film does seem to sometimes pick up much more dust than other times, a great mystery that.
Thanks Jussi,
that's pretty much what my scanning/dust removal workflow. Last night I wasn't really feeling the zen thing and digital ICE didn't seem to be helping much. That roll seemed to be the worst I've run across for dust.

Very nice Steve, I bet that you have plenty of detail on that large negative.

Colton, nice car. I have had the same wish more than once when shooting through a fence!
And nice work with the Fujicolor earlier. I think it would be worth your while to return to those shots when you are in the mood for dust cleaning. And yeah I know what it's like sometimes. Maybe the film became statically charged for some reason?

wuzet - wow that's bright, nice shot!

Vendee - well done with the Pope. "Wine connoisseur" is a nice shot too.

Javier - You still have some blacks in there and the highlights aren't too extreme. Came out well

fearview - lovely scene!

Well we mature and start forming our own opinions rather than maintaining the "beliefs" imparted to us by our peers when we were young. But perhaps a "film shots" thread is not the best place to discuss this..... even if you did start the thread

With some of us, maturity and life experience brought affirmation of the education of our youth. (This is so off-topic...)
