So I went up to them, did not say a word and click...Only that I had to forgot to advance the film....I said ''awkward'', I advanced the film, took my shot, they gave me the ''What the heck'' look, I said thanks guys and was on my way....8~)

More great stuff here,Mer really 'fanning the flame' to put a DA on body and try.

Always something fun from Nesster and the big apple.

Jealous of Javier on couple counts, #1-working ME super #2-shooting B/W
cant be envious 'bout that shot though.Thats a good one, through and through

@Javier...what temperature processed at?
My basement up to 75(F),never had much sucess above 68(F).
Have a bunch of B/W stock, been holding off 'till things cool down a bit.
For that matter, better developer than D-76,HC for higher temps?
Little leary about trying tempuring bath with ice or something like that.

Thank you kindly. I have no idea, but can find out. I had the film developed and scanned at Samys a pro shop. Not bad for $10.00

Things are slowing down for the summer and maybe I'll get a chance to go out and shoot some film <g>. Meanwhile I'm dipping into the archives...

ME Super, M28 f3.5, Ilford FP4 (last August, may have posted some of these on Pentaxium 8-15-10 and always meant to post them here as well).

Reviewing these shots was a pleasant reminder of how much I enjoyed the Ilford FP4. Haven't been a real fan of their stuff, but the FP4 really clicked with me. Now if I could just wrap my head around wide angle on film...

Best to all,
Kevin

P. S. Nesster, love the mileage you're getting out of Yu Yu Yang's "Untitled".

Just finished the first roll with my Ricoh KR-5 Super II and a Rikenon 50/2 lens. Having a working light meter is kind of nice. Might prefer it over my Spotmatic SP500 with a broken meter. I used the $1/roll Walgreens iso 400 (Fuji) that was on sale a few weeks ago. It works pretty well with good light and correct exposure.

samtr87, nice work with that Ricoh KR-5 Super II (and the price was right on that Walgreen's film <g>).

Best,

killed off last 6 frames of ektacrome 100G with M28/3.5,process this coming weekend.

Javier, I may have to re-think my attitudes about the beach...apparently I'm missing lots of nice landscape shots <g>.

Nice turtle shot there, BillM. Clearly worth the price of admission. I'll look forward to you M28 f3.5 slides. (I'm waiting on a roll of expired Velvia to come back from the lab, so I should have something new by the end of the week, too).

Best,
Kevin

Kodak ColorPlus 200, over exposed as the XE-7 batteries were about out (I have a hard time remembering to turn the switch off), MC Celtic 28/2.8

I compensated for the thin negative by duping the layer and blending it back in 'multiply' in PS, which is essentially what one would have done in all-analog film days.
