Thanks Guys. I will be 47 soon and will be on a tight budget, but looking forward to it.

Kris,
I like the looping road dissappearing between the hedgrows in different directions. Makes me think of Tolkien's 'the road goes ever on and on...'

Cripes 47, I'm hoping i'll be able to retire before i get to 65 (I'm 51 now) it looks less likely every year
I'm guessing it will turn into a career change for you (it's a long way to 80 from 47 )

Retire? What is that? I am praying I don't have to retire, ever! Life will be grim if I do

Jussi, I'm loving the "bird on a stick" and I'm really jealous of your proximity to these pilings - they're always unique and this one is no exception.

Best,
Kevin

Haven't posted here for a while. Here are a few of my recent film photos.

First two from Fuji NPC 160, I have to say the color is a bit strange to me:

Frank,

I'm not much for commenting about color due to my partial color-blindness, but they do seem a bit "off" in color. Maybe it's because they were scanned backwards? I notice the printing on the shirts is backwards. Perhaps the color would come out better is you turned the negatives over and scanned them again so the printing is correct. Is it possible that the direction the emulsion is facing will affect color?

Otherwise, they look good!

Thanks Joe. How come I didn't notice that!

I'd do the scan again later on....

i've got some really old film.over ten years old. and although i've kept it in freezers and such i've found that the cheaper no name brands don't fair as well as the better name (kodak, agfa,) brands.
