Great shots! A good use of the fish eye. The picture would have been pleasant shot with a normal or rectilinear wide angle, but the fisheye makes it rather compelling.

I liked the "what's going on?" feel of the figure on the right in the second image.. Is this rock? A tree trunk? Whatever it is it makes an interesting picture.

Thanks for the strokes! The object in the foreground of the second image is the pedestal base of the North Head Lighthouse near the mouth of the Columbia River in Washington State. The young lady probably thought I was nuts taking a picture of the crumbling surface! Here is a link to a photo of the lighthouse as a whole...LINK.

So cool! I love that second one. Would have been a fine photo as just a detail shot of the lighthouse, but the quizzical woman in the background really makes that photo.

Nice stuff Mer, we don't see many post from Z-5p here. I almost bought one of those last year, kinda wish I had.

Steve, nice work with the XA and the Zenitar fisheye. I recently saw a Zenitar fisheye in K mount on Portland CL for $45, wish was up there for that.

here's one from a test roll through my recently CLA'd KX. Fuji X-TRA 400 and K50/1.4

I didn't know it was an option, perhaps I will take you up on it in the future.

My thoughts also, reminded me of one of Cartier-Bresson's...

I've been having trouble with film lately - mainly my own fault, though the cameras I've been trying (plus the CVS I've been using for dev/scan) haven't helped. This time, for some reason the Kiev seems to have lost it's frame spacing in the middle of the roll, and then broke sprokets at the next-to-last photo. (NOT the last one!, wtf?) This put film shards in the canister and velvet light trap, which put scratches on much of the film.
