Some more Ektar 100 shots from my ZX-7 and FA 100mm lens developed and scanned by CVS pharmacy with a little editing done in Lightroom

here's one that is straight from the pharmacy's cd because the edited version had a lot of strange artifacts:

My daughter loved this, she was delighted to have a mustache (Spongebob evidently has an ongoing mustache riff):

MX, M85, Ilford C41 b&w, probably f/2.8

Wow, it's very contrasty. I might really try overexpose a little the rest of the shots on my roll.

I'd say the contrast is due mainly to bad scanning and/or tonal correction, not the film.

Went through and printed a bunch of recent and not so recent photos today and I think this is my favorite of the day.
Taken at Kashwitna Lake in Alaska last fall using an old Pentax Spotmatic SPII and SMC Takumar 50/1.4 on expired Kodak Gold 100.

Ahhhhh So it would have been a K1000 with a 50mm f2, most probably Kodak 400 I suppose.

I was in Albury, NSW, Australia, for a local production of Pirates of Penzance. The shows were at night so I had the morning to run around the old little town :P

Anyway, shortly after the K1000 (which I was borrowing from a friend) I went and bought me a ME Super... from there, I've had more pentax glass and film bodies that I care nor know what to do with :P

Ahhhh Now back in time, down at Portland with a Brass Band, (still with the K1000) this would have been the first role of film I ever took, if I had managed to rewind it properly :P

That was fuji 400, both shot and left on the bench :P

Film is just fun.

More recently I discovered a love for a little Zorki 4 with an industar 50mm f3.5 This was shot, on fuji 400, and scanned ever so poorly at 600dpi on a work fax/photocopier hahaha

This harp was set awaiting the concert to start at 8pm, where they were then sure to rip through a performance of Belshazzars Feast.

Film is Fun.

Probably a hoof being trimmed as a horse shoe is attached. Either that or someone forgot to remove the shoe before the horse was thrown on the barbecue...

A shoe had come loose on the pony so the farrier was replacing it.

Most shoeing is done hot although they do have cold shoeing.
