I'm in permanent film test mode I think. Ran a couple rolls of Ilford Delta 100 this weekend and processed them in HC-110 dilution H @ 10min.

1st two made with superProgram & M135/3.5

Next two made with PZ-1 & FA28-105/4-5.6 (power zoom) ...

I've been following this thread for a while and it encouraged me to try film again. It is quite a steep learning curve again for me, partly because I missed the convenience on instant review; But OTOH, it teaches me to be more patient before pressing the shutter button.

Here is the first roll from Kodak UltraMax 400 taken by ProgramPlus & M28/2.8, developed at Sam's Club.

#1

Botanical Garden Entrance

#2

Rose Garden

#3

Bridge at Japanese Garden

I don't retouch the pictures except correcting the horizon level. I feel that the UltraMax 400 gives to much greenish color on the pictures or maybe they are underexposed?

Very nice. Is this stanley park?

^ 2 great sets from some Vancouver photographers.
I am from vancouver as well, I think id like to go down to stanley park with my new film camera and get some shots on a nice day.
Thank you.
No it is Barnet Marine Park in Burnaby.
My favorite spot as I can walk my dog off leash and take photos.

I'm getting a tank, soon. XP2, BW400CN, yeah right, they don't have the latitude real film has. I mean, you shoot them just right and they are excellent, but they fall apart as soon as you're under or over by a bit.

Damn nice B&W work, guys.

Agnostic,

That laundromat shot is simply grim. At first I couldn't figure out the setting. I thought maybe it was some sort of church...

Thank you, Javier. There's a little motion blur (or perhaps slightly oof) but it's one of the better from that roll. I was showing the wife the scans the other night and when that one came up her words were something like "and now we're back to 1950"

Thanks a lot guys! I'm really enjoying shooting in the evening, and I'm very happy with the results I get from pushing Fomapan 400.

I like the Chinatown shots jg, but boy, is that fuji 800 grainy!

And a few more pushed Fomapan. ( I can't stop)

Taken in Pisa, Italy, and nearby Lucca. The film was Sensia 200.

Thanks. I said as much earlier about the grain of that Fuji 800. There are a few images on that roll that i like, but don't like the grain and am going to try and save them, though it does not look good. My PP skills are not good. I think I will stick with 200 or 400 speed films while out on sunny days. Still I had to try it.

The Kodak UltraMax does very well in sunny conditions though.
