Here's a shot of me that my 3 year old daughter took with a 1964 Agfa Optima 500 that I found at Goodwill yesterday.
It is kinda an odd, zone focus, full auto exposure, viewfinder camera with a selenium meter that doesn't require batteries.
The camera is in very good condition and seems to work great, though it seems to underexpose a bit. It was $10 with the original leather case so I couldn't pass it up.

Here's another shot from the Agfa Optima 500 test roll.
The Color-Apotar 45/2.8 is actually decently sharp if you manage to get proper focus.
I missed focus on this shot but the foreground is pretty sharp

Colton, that's really nice... I just finished a roll with a Voigtlander Dynamatic scale-focus camera, I'm curious to see the results. Funny, I've avoided 35mm scale focus cameras yet use 120 scale focus ones all the time.

Meanwhile, some Pentax output:

MX, M 50/1.4, Fuji 160S

ES-II, S-M-C 35/3.5, Ultramax 400

Swift1: That film has a really unique cool feel to it.
Nesster: The first photo with the reflection looks like me. That is my everyday attire.

Just a little Digital film comparison.
Pentax ME SUPER & Pentax 50 1.4 at 1.4 and Canon 5D MarkII With Sigma 50 1.4 at 1.6 Fuji 400H. I might have scanned this in with to much of a pastel look.

Hey folks! I just recently made a, some might argue insane, switch from DSLR to an almost 20 year old 'Super A' that I found in pristine condition. Here are some of the first shots with Ilford XP2 Super 400 and Kodak T-Max 400 (the last two pictures). Sorry for the quality, I've yet to buy a scanner o fmy own.

indeed that's insane ! insane that you didn't do it earlier

The Super A is a awesome SLR, just check that when you half press the shutter, the information appear immediatly in the VF (to be sure there is no false contact in the shutter buton.), and make sure you have some new batterie around : mine don't warn when those bi**es are out of power

i almost forgot, welcome among us !
