Hey Colton

That is really nice!

What software are you using on the scanner pc? I have a v700 that I bought this spring, still trying to figure out how to set it up for the best performance. And battling dust.

Hey Baard,
sorry for late reply, I was away for awhile and missed your question.
I use the original Epson Scan software, in professional mode, with all automation turned off. I use the ICM mode, and also have everything unchecked except Digital ICE, if scanning C-41.
I've tried Silverfast and Vuescan, but I really didn't like either.

Ditto!!

Though I would not discourage any user from experimenting with both products.

Thanks Colton

I will try out some more scanns.

Dust is also a challenge.

Crater Lake Pentaptych.

This kind of a rough first try at doing this kinda thing.
These five frames were shot in succession as separate frames using a Pentax 645N medium format film camera and Kodak Ektar film. Each frame was scanned, edited and then slightly cropped to fit together (by eye), no stitching software was used.
There are a few issues, and I think that I will rescan and redo it next week, but overall it turned pretty good.
