I've been there before! I remember it because I thought it was such a narrow dangerous crossing under the bridge.

@builttospill - One of the historic sights in Georgetown, Ontario. I used to walk under that bridge every day on my way to school.

Thanks The Falcon GTs are some of my most favourite cars to shoot.
Now I have something completely different... This is what happened when I stuffed up loading a roll of Ilford FP4+ into my Spotmatic a few months ago.

Spotmatic, Super Tak 50 f/1.4, Ilford FP4+ in Tmax, EI 125

So I guess it's quite obviously a double exposure. First time I have done this though, and completely by accident. This is two shots of the same building, from different angles.

cheers

Some FSU Test Shots...

I got a bug in my ear recently and ended up with three FSU rangefinders. I have already shared a few from the Zorki-4K, and now here are few from the Kiev 4A and FED-2.

Tag, You're It...

FED-2, Industar 52/2.8, Legacy Pro 100 @ EI 160, Edwal FG-7 1:15, 9' @ 21C

This Way

Kiev 4A, LZOS Jupiter-12 35/2.8, Legacy Pro 100 @ EI 160, Edwal FG-7 1:15, 9' @ 21C

This brings back memories. About ten years ago I lived in Meadowvale/Streetsville for a few months. Very nice neighborhood you grew up in.

ZX-L & Portra 160nc

Picked up a ZX-L last week, first auto-focus film SLR Ive ever owned.
when compared to bodies such as P series, seems quite capable, with flash
and F-DA len's, very much so. ($45)

some of my first roll thru it.
First shots a Carolina wren thats been with us almost 2 years, its like a pet
used on-board flash that gives guide no. of 15, at 3 meters(100 iso)
reckoned F8 @ sync(1/125) was shooting thru A400/5.6 with its minimum focus
at about 8 feet, stopped down to F11, moved to about 8 foot (minimum focus)
and thats what I got.( PP- black channel level adj, sampled from right 'margin'& resize

Trumpeter swans have been in area app. 72 hours. Would love to get in close
With stress these animals have endured recently, imperative not to disturb animal.
from around 250 meters. A400/5.6 F8 @ 1/1000(-1 EV)

A few more from the FED-2, this time swapping out the Industar-61 for the Jupiter-8 off the Zorki.

Three Steps Up

Bars

Tunnel Vision

A Little Short on Paint?

Star Tree

All with the FED-2 and KMZ Jupiter-8 50/2, Legacy Pro 100 shot at EI 160 and developed in Edwal FG-7 (1+15) for 9 minutes at 21C.

I really am becoming fond of the FED-2. It is somewhat smaller than the Zorki in every dimension and fits my hand nicely. Although the Jupiter-8 is somewhat heavier than the Industar 61, the camera actually handles better mounted to the J-8. Did I mention that the J-8 also appears to be a sharper lens?

Steve, nice results. The FEDs look interesting, I might have to get one to play with, eventually. (I say eventually as right now I am trying to save by not buying any more 35mm bodies, will see how long this will last!).

I have a question regarding Legacy Pro shot at 160. What differences did you notice between this roll of film and others exposed and developed at 100? I gather there are probably many variables, but I am curious.

cheers,
Jason

Nice snowtime snaps! What film did you use?
For an aussie over in dry, hot Perth the thought of snow is rather foreign! And therefore interesting

Do not invest too much in 35mm - there is a lot in MF

I could not really get use to the quirks of the FED3a = FED2 so I sold it but I agree that the size of the camera is about perfect and that the J-8 is a very nice lens.

Cheers,

Luc
