I love film. I actually only got into it about a year ago. I'm new around here so hope you don't mine me sharing

I develop myself in my bathroom. Usually Arista Premium 100 in Diafine.
Camera is a Zeiss Ikon. Lens most often is the CV 40mm f/1.4

Recently I started scanning some of my dad's old slides. He was into photography when I was a kid. I only wish he were still alive so we could share it together.

This was shot during the Vietnam War while he was stationed in Okinawa.

Thanks for looking! I've enjoyed looking at your film photography, but admittedly haven't made it through this whole thread yet!

Welcome drabbit! Thanks for sharing your lovely black and whites and your father's slide film shot. They are all very nice. Look forward to seeing some more work from both of you.
cheers

My wife and her friend were packing her friend's homemade soap for holiday sales. I was rediscovering Provia NC on my LX.

The LX is still my favorite for macro, here handheld using bounced TTL flash.

Even more Fuji 160S (I'd bought a bunch a while back, I think I have 1 roll left), Program Plus, FA 43/1.9, my own scan as CVS put streaks across the frame with theirs

Here's one of my first tests from newly aquired scanner. Negative was a bit scratched but i like it. It's taken with ME-Super, M 50mm/2

Is that a wolverine? Wild or in a zoo?
And you lived to tell about it.

A 50mm lens? Would have to have been a zoo to be that close.

Still, a beautiful shot

In a zoo it is. Wouldn't dare to go that close in wild. I think it would require more like a 500mm lens.
I have to put a link here, Finnish wildlife photographer Antti Leinonen (Nature Photographer Antti Leinonen | Photos of Northern Wildlife). Lots of extraordinary wolverine shots...
