In all seriousness, it took about 2-3 minutes to frame it, meter it and most importantly have her in the sweet spot at hyperfocal distance of 15 feet....I use hyperfocal focusing 95% of the time when shooting film. After I took the picture, she said thank you, and I said...No, THANK YOU!

Good grit there, Centuria 200 is a fine film. The images are dark - you may have slightly under exposed, or the scanner's exposure didn't read the negative right - so there's a bit of muddy grain. Which isn't a bad thing, don't get me wrong - but I'd like to suggest some ways of 'improving' these....

try this & see if you like the results: in any version of photoshop, dup the layer, optionally do 'auto color' on it, and select blend mode of 'multiply' or 'soft light' & use the opacity slider to lessen the effect. This has the effect of adding density (darker + more saturated) to the scan, multiply does so across everything, soft light does this mainly to darker areas. I find I need to do this with just about every store scan.

Thanks for the advice, I very much appreciate it. I've only been scanning negatives recently and I'm still finding my ways of doing it

Colton, beautiful wildflower shots. I've never heard of that lens but it has nice bokeh.

It's a great 1:1 manual focus macro that can sometimes be found for relatively low money, although they seem to have become more sought after and often sell for a higher price.
