Saw them on the Blog Todd, I really like the rodinal Stand, neopan combo, works very well at 800 iso (looooong development though whew)

I like this look, too. May be grainy for some, but there's something about it. I don't mind the long develop time at all, I just set it up and go do something else. But I will say there was an issue this time. A kind of nasty brown edge on the roll that was on top. And it was definitely not a low volume problem, I'm certain of that. I hope to put up a color photo of the negs later, to see if someone can identify what went wrong.

The GWR steam railway had a steam and ale festival a couple of weekends ago. In keeping with the oldtimer spirit, I brought the Pentax SP500 with a roll of Boot's prepaid slide film. It's ISO 200 and Fuji branded. I like getting a pack of slides in the post!

1. Incoming

2. Back it up a bit!

3. It's basically a kettle

I had a couple of shots left at the end of the day, which worked out well when I saw this on Cleeve Common the next day!
