MMBrown - Thanks for the info about your process and the tips. Much appreciated. I really want to do it myself one day.

some really incredible stuff the last few pages, as usual! stevebrot, Nesster, and many other contributors, props all around.

I have a lot of stuff I have to re-scan (dust and fuzz makes me crazy), but here are a couple recent shots from the Broncos/Bears game a couple weeks ago. K1000 w/ Vivitar 75-205mm zoom on Provia RVP 100:

Happy holidays all!

Yes, the right topic! Nice Lubitel 2 images there. Shame the Kodak film is no longer available in 120.

Thanks, people. I've sold the Lubitel and got myself a gorgeous little YashicaMat EM

This is what happens when you forget to advance the film...

Ah yes, I know that feeling... I still have my Lubitel though. It was a free gift and I rather like it despite the limitations.

Mine too, actually, my dad found it lying somewhere.
But it was simply too plasticky and I just couldn't make myself shoot with it. I just ran a roll of film through it and sold it. Besides, it had no lightmeter and it smelled funny
Guess I need a camera that's properly made, like the EM

here's a couple more, with a holiday theme. these are shot on Fuji Superia 200. I shoot almost everything I do on pro level film, this is the first time I've used consumer grade film in a year or two. the grain difference is very obvious!

(I can't help myself with the christmas light photos, haha, but I love how the bokeh came out on this one, Vivitar 100mm macro)

(I worked on this one in PS to take out the heavy amount of yellow, otherwise it's a crop of a 1/2 second exposure with the Vivitar 75-205mm zoom)

(sneaky self portrait, shot with the Vivitar 100mm macro lens in low light (you can see the camera, me, my friend who was playing my other friend in chess, and my beer all in the little ornament reflection)

Happy new year all!
