Yes, BW400CN is
very contrasty at ISO50 but I also increased the contrast in Lightroom, I normally shoot it at ISO200.
You can vary the amount of contrast with ISOs between 50 and 800 but I wouldn't recommend shooting at ISO800, it get's rather grainy...

It was shot at f/1.2, the Tomioka's contrast is quite low wide open.
BW400CN can be way too contrasty at ISO50:
