Ok Steve, these are for you.

I used the MX and the M50/1.4 with Velvia 50 here. They're starting their version of King of the Hill.

I missed the exposure and the focus on this next one, but I really like the photo, primarily because of the goatee in the shadow. I use this as a reminder to pay attention to the details. I used the K2, K24/2.8, and 100 speed film, although I don't recall the brand (hmm, details).

Hey. I already posted this at Post your photos, but I think it would be nice to share photos in this section also.
So here it is.

Again me & my k1000 (lenses are A24 2.8, K50 1.2, K135 2.5; film is cheap DM Paradies 200 )
Today I had time to walk by Sava river and I decided to take photos of interesting sculptures...and few animals and buildings

Nice couple of series ivrabec985. I like the second one - that rock reminds me of a frog.

Steve, Phil, you asked for it...

more goats.

Here's another round of king of the hill, from spring 2012. I used the K1000, M100/2.8, with Fuji 800. I don't care for these faster speed films - too much grain. I've since limited myself to 400 or slower.
The exposure could have been better here, but I'm glad I caught the action.

About a year later, I shot this one with the black KX and M50/1.4, which has become my favorite combo. The film is Kodak Gold 100.
Here's proof that goats prefer something other than grass. He has easy access to about half an acre of grass, but prefers to chew on this pine tree. Notice the fine line running horizontally through the center, provided by the lab's scanner throughout the entire roll.

And one more, this one at the heat of battle. From 2011, using the K1000 and M50/2.0 with Fuji Superia 200.

cheers,
Fred

"Goats on film" sounds like an old Duran Duran song!

Thanks! I was talking on the phone last night to a friend who wondered about an item on a breakfast menu she was looking at online..."Chevre". I told her it was French for goat. Why it was on the breakfast menu is beyond me. Goat cheese, perhaps? Goat sausage?

Chevre is a cheese made from goat milk.

We had a light dusting of snow here last week, which made a pleasant change from the relentless rain we've been having so far this winter. These are with my K1000 with the Pentax M24-35mm and Velvia 100F. That M24-35mm is a seriously under-rated lens.

A little more Google work and I figured that out.
