Phil.
You nailed it, Toronto does have some people processing E-6 but it is quite the drive for me. I'm closer to Buffalo than T.O.

While I'm on my lunch break, here's a couple of shots with Velvia 100F and Takumars.

I recently picked up a Jupiter-12 for my Zorki 4, and I managed to shoot a quick test roll on Saturday, which I got developed today.
Here's a shot from the roll, shot at 2.8, on Superia 200

You are going to have fun with the J-12. I really like mine. What are you using for a viewfinder?

Steve,
I can't hold the Zorki up to my eye and shoot so I have just been shooting blind from the waist. That can be kinda tricky with a 50mm lens, so I got the J-12 to make it easier. I've been shooting the 35mm FOV a lot lately, and so I can compose blind fairly well. I'm also getting better at judging focus distance.
The J-12 seems great so far. It's a bit odd in that it's a wide-angle but it has pincushion distortion, and the focus plane certainly isn't flat, but it seems quite sharp.
I'm looking forward to shooting some TMAX 100 with it.

Dave, saw your photos on my phone earlier, but they look even better here on "the big screen". Very nice results, and great subject matter. BTW, I spent a harrowing night on the moors when I was 19 and backpacking through Europe. Those ponies bring back memories...always love to see Dartmoor scenery!

Nice Shot. It's look like you got a sharp copy of J-12.

Cheers

Yeah, the place has an uncanny ability to play tricks on your mind at night. Some of the old locals still refuse to go out on the moor after dark, and sometimes around here I feel like an extra in "An American Werewolf in London." (I was born in England but grew up in New York and Arizona.)

Nice photograph, Colton. The colors are great and I like the geometries and tight depth of field. Well done.
