Are you asking me or Pablom. I wish I could say mine were shot using sunny 16. But I cheat, I just got gossen digisix and love it. It actually confirms that all of the settings were sunny 16, since it displays settings in EV. It has a wheel to calculate the shutter aperture settings quickly. And also contrast metering which is useful.

The sunny parts were shot at EV15, EV13 for bright but cloudy, shaded or heavy overcast at EV12 and EV11. I was surprised as this guide states. http://www.andbethere.com/2013/05/the-ultimate-guide-to-sunny-16-rule-2.html

Well, the meter. Comes in more useful when shooting indoors or when out of the sunny 16 hours, although I have not checked the above guide how it cross references in those situations.

They are minilab scans so they are all off on something

Cheater! The lightmeter of my FM is faulty so I had to take this one with the sunny 16 rule, I don't think I've done a too bad job:



Usually my all the pics taken with my rangefinders (Leicas, Contax or Soviets) are NOT lightmetered, I have the MR-4 but IMO it's useless.

Cuthbert, I like my lightmeters, I shoot fair bit of slide film, so it's good to be able to nail the exposure on each frame. I also know how to use my lightmeters to achieve certain look instead of 1 specific one. That's why I like the contrast metering on digisix. It's kind of like fake 20 degree spot meter.

Did you scan this yourself? If so, would you care to explain your process a bit? In my opinion, it's one of the most accurate Ektar scans I've seen so far and I haven't been able to get it done so well.
