I think time has shown that the average Holga has a lot of charm.

I think that usually too much attention is paid to lens characteristics, but it's still fun to discuss.
I agree.
My signature says something along those lines

I say this, of course, just as the most expensive lens I have ever purchased shows up. (HD DA 16-85mm ED DC WR PHD YMMV)

Very cool. Congrats! That's the precursor the awesomely sharp, brilliant renderer in my sig line.

Another film shot. I wish it were sharper.

Ha, you should see the results of a Box Camera (B&W film thread). Impressionist photography.

My wife's grandfather visited us recently, and he brought his old Widelux F7 and left it with me to use for awhile. I doubt if the camera has actually been used anytime in the last 25 years, but I tried it out, loaded it, and the camera worked perfectly.

Lovely!

A Widelux is on my list of cameras I'd love to have, but the general crapshoot nature of eBay combined with the prices they go for...

From a less lovely camera, this is my last roll of Lomography Color 100, which I ran through my Holga 120N because it seemed appropriate. I've slightly cropped the right side of this, as I failed to advance the roll far enough when I took the next photo:

Not too much dirt on this roll, but there were plenty of scratches on the negative, along with what looked almost like water damage on at least 1 frame.

This Kiev 4M and Helios-103 continue to utterly tickle me with surprised delight. Here are several received back today from the same roll of Velvia 100F.

Those are great results. That excellent slide film is just not convenient for me.

I just got these K400 Ultramax back today. No PP, just as they came off the CD.
