I'm mostly interested in celluloid pens because I like the material, the Aurora is a blue Optima with oblique nib, late 90s, bought for 30 euros (!!!) from a shop that didn't know what they were selling...it had a wrong price tag, they forgot a zero.
Don't you just love those sorts of mistakes?! Most of my cool fountain pen finds were because of similar errors.

Ah, you're a guitarist. I build guitars. My specialty is classical guitars. I don't have any photos handy at the moment, however. I'm not familiar with the Martin HD28V, but I'm very familiar with the Martin D-28 of old, one of the most iconic steel-string guitars of all time. The mammoth pins are a nice touch.

You should post some pics of you working on your guitars, when I was a kid I used to in a luthier's shop and I also built, but mostly electrics. Last year in Cambdrige I took a course to build a baroque voice flute and it was serious fun, I would like to take the course for traverso when I have enough money.

Regarding the HD-28V it's supposed to be a reissue of the old D 28 from the 30s with herringbone purfling, scalloped braces, V neck and all the other bells and whistles, I like to take pics of my guitars but it's hard get a good result.

Talking about systems I had a walk around Verona with my Praktica Jenaflex and its lenses, I like it very much because it's lightweight and I have everything between 200mm and 2omm..here there are some shots taken with Agfa Precisa.

Holga 120 MF with Ilford Delta 100. Images shot in Malibu. The second image is a double exposer experiment. This is one of the beautiful things about these Holgas. They do weird stuff.

ran some FP4+ through my Mamiya DTL 2000. All shot with my Super Takumar 50mm F1.4 so I got a free yellow filter.

Stephen Gandy from Cameraquest sent me a LOMO LC-A 120 to test.

Here's an image from the camera.

Here's a link to my guitars on Flickr:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/11308754@N08/albums/72157639386214273

It shows a few of my builds and an assortment of electrics I also own (but that I didn't build).

Tell me what you think of the pics I shot of my guitars. All the ones that show the maroon cloth backdrop. I used a little 3mp Fuji for the shots -- the only digital I owned back then. But the reason why they came out as good as they did was I took the pics outdoors in open shade. Open shade minimizes shadows and especially glare. In this case, I set things up under my carport cover.

I don't have any recent pics of my building process. Got some old ones archived somewhere. I've been dealing with health issues recently, which have kept me away from building. Then we moved a year ago. And when we moved, I lost my workshop. I have plans to build another one, but things are going kinda slow and I don't know when I'll finally get started on a new shop.

And just so this post isn't totally off-topic, here's my latest news. I bought a Moskva 5 6x9 folder off eBay and it arrived today. Cosmetically, it shows wear, but everything works the way it should, and I'm really looking forward to working with this large film format.
