A pair of shots with the FD 50/1.4. I had alternates of these that were at wider apertures, and while the bokeh and rendering of OOF areas was gorgeous, it couldn't escape the fact that the FD50/1.4 is not a sharp lens at wide open or close to it.

Canon AE-1.
B&H/Canon FD 50mm f1.4 S.S.C.
Fujicolor Natura 1600.

Isn't the 105/2.4 a closer FOV to the DA55 on APS-C?
Of course - talking rubbish for some reason, sorry! Probably why the old 105 is my most used lens :-)

I'm pretty much limited to tripod work now, and I often can't get very close to what I'm shooting, so the 200/4 usually ends up on the camera

Please forgive the digital photo

Found a Grafmatic today with some exposed film I didn't develop yet. Shot this two years ago. Taken at 14,000 ft with a Zone VI 4x5. Shot on Foma 200 rated at 120 and developed in Pyrocat MC for 8.5 minutes.

Wow. Many of these shots you posted lately look like movie stills.. in a good way - really atmospheric.

Definitely some kind of story there, the past, the find, the photo, does anyone live there??... The image has all of that. So calm and then more.
