The building now occupied by the Locksmith business in the shot looks like it could have been an old 60's style A&W or Dairy Queen Drive-In Restaurant

Yeah it does. It's on a street in Kingston, with quite a few such re-purposed buildings iirc.

Nice work Nick.

I had my daughter Etta take the first photo with my "new" Mamiya C330. She nailed the focus, which isn't easy to do shooting a manual focus medium format camera at f/2.8
I just quickly guessed this exposure, so it's a bit underexposed and the film is old very expired Kodak Pro 100. It probably could have used another stop of exposure.

Actually, I think you nailed the exposure just right for artistic purposes if not for technical photographic purposes . . . very successful portraiture.

Good work, Etta! The C330 is a stout bit of kit, but very sweet.

I really like this. Good depth and immediacy. The light on your face and eyes is so good; I'm seeing you.

Corner sharpness leaves a little lot to be desired, it can get glowy in bright sun, and DoF is occasionally a bit too thin in some of the shots, but I think I definitely have a new flower lens.

Whatever those red things are, they're certainly odd. At first I thought they were a trompe l'oeil drawn on the pavement, but I'm seeing a reflection on the middle one, so I'm guessing not.

A different lens, but still definitely a Meyer.

Near as I can tell, this is optically just a coated version of their pre-war "weitwinkel doppel anastigmat" but in a cheaper, post-war aluminium body. Everything about the Trioplan & sharpness applies to it, with the addition of it being rather slow and therefore no blurry bokeh and somewhat difficult to focus. (Due to blackout, it actually appears to be easier to focus on the Exakta's notoriously dim screen than on one with a focusing aid. But I'll know for certain when that roll gets back.)

Canon FTb.
Meyer-Optik Helioplan 40mm f4.5 V.
Kodak Ektar 100.
