Didn't record notes on this one, but given the DoF and that it was slightly underexposed the chances are good I was shooting at the limit of what I could reliably handhold in fading light.

I took two shots of this guy: one close up, and one from further away. This is actually the further away one, just very heavily cropped. That onlooker in the background made the shot, so I figured I'd try to get what I could out of it.



Flexaret Standard.
Belar 80mm f3.5.
Kodak Ektar 100.

Alas, we've gone backward a bit in aviation since this speedbird flew. I wish I could have afforded a ticket in 2002. I saw Concorde at Heathrow before I flew to Newark on a much slower plane.

A beautiful aircraft killed off because it didn't say Boeing on the side and mass market "cattle" class makes more money per seat. The upside tho you can now go to air museums and take some decent close up images of her.
