I suppose it must be a seaplane with a divot to set it off into the water and to retrieve it from the water on inbound flights. I have never seen anything like this, however. Very interesting.

I've seen them on warships, but never civilian watercraft.

Did you notice the camo pontoons? I bet the rest is camo. What is cool too is that it is a sailing yacht.
