It's pretty good for a plastic fantastic, and very light/compact as a travel companion.I used mine on both film and digital (in support of my FA 28-200mm) prior to getting a Sigma 28-70 EX 2.8 (which was big and heavy) for film, and a 16-45mm for digital. Good colours, and quite good stopped down. My copy was a bit soft at tele.
