First few shots from the first roll of 180' of Kodak's Vision 3 200T.

Taken on a Pentax LX with Vivitar 19mm f3.8.

How did you rate and meter it?

Used an 85 correction filter and set the ISO at 125, as per Kodak's instructions. The LX took care of the rest with its superb auto mode.

So essentially rated it at box speed with a correction for the filter factor? I was curious if it was like typical C-41 color film that does well with some extra stops of overexposure compared to box speed. It has a bright look to it, that's why I asked.

No problem at all, it was a bright day and some of that may be down to how I processed the scans, the negatives look pretty good to my untrained eye. Yep essentially, the one thing I wasn't sure on was if they intend you to meter through the filter as well as the change in ISO. I did and it seemed to work out OK.
I think it probably is better slightly over than under, but as with all Vision 3 films the exposure latitude is huge so I don't think it really matters. Anyway plenty more to shoot so I will be sure to try all sorts of permutations.

A couple more... This first one from the same trip last year. I tried to recreate the shot (the second one) of my dad and sis taken in 1984-85 sometime in the exact same spot. They're sitting on what I'm pretty positive is the same rock that my sis is standing next to in new photo. The trees in the background distance are the house I grew up in.
