What’s the filter size? Could you use a Raynox closeup and do macro?
Yeah, I've used the shortest macro tube a few times on my 6x7 when I needed to get just a tiny bit closer. The short telephotos for it are generally close focusing enough that I find I can work with them without it.
Biggest problem with a tube or a closeup adapter in this case is that you pretty much have to use them with the ground glass back. Supposedly quite fiddly, and somewhat defeats the point of using a Rapid. I've mostly resigned myself to not shooting portraits except with the 90mm.
The other option I've seen given is "get the 135mm lens, it focuses closer than the 180". Except it was produced for such a short period of time that the cost of that one lens easily surpasses the entire rest of the system combined.
