Did you develop/scan yourself or send it to a lab? Can you see if the specs are visible on the negs?

I just hope it's not an issue with the film itself. I've seen similar (but not quite the same) with cheaper film stocks (Foma 200 for instance) but I would expect Portra160 to be more reliable.

You guys were right, I developed the last roll of that event (Goodwood 2018) with another lab and there were no issues...these were taken with the Nikon F2A as I didn't have a 300mm lens in K mount.

And I gather this is a recreation of the inside of a temple from the classical age? Unfortunately I can't claim to know the goddess though.
Pretty cool, I've never seen an actual recreation like this.

Royal Ontario Museum (aka 'the ROM') 2011. It's a model of the Parthenon, a temple of Athena (giant statue). Apparently a couple of other, much larger models are in the US (Vegas?).
