Pentax Super Program w/Sears (Rikenon) 50/F2 on Kodak Ultra 400

I hadn’t exposed a roll of film since 2005, in fact I’d sold every last film camera years ago. A few months back I bought an equipment lot just to acquire the lenses. In that lot was a like new Super Program. After checking the camera over, I found no issues and figured the classic, of which I’d previously owned two, needed to be used.

The attached photos were taken in June. The subject, a still active old automotive repair garage in the village of Creekside, PA. I’ve tried to get a photograph of the rustic building without the six to eight modern cars which usually clutter the premises. Somehow luck was with me and the Super Program on this particular day! A Sears (Rikenon) 50mm f2 which cost me The princely sum of $15 put the image onto Kodak Ultra 400 negative stock.

No doubt. Plus it gets flooded by a creek 100 yards away about every five years or so.

I love it! A blanket for the mower and a sandwich for the squirrels!

This is a great shot with a well-chosen FL. What year/model is the truck? Is that a stock bumper configuration?

I think it's a 1955 GMC 370 Series. The bumpers are original.
