I hadn’t exposed a roll of film since 2005, in fact I’d sold every last film camera years ago. A few months back I bought an equipment lot just to acquire the lenses. In that lot was a like new Super Program. After checking the camera over, I found no issues and figured the classic, of which I’d previously owned two, needed to be used.
The attached photos were taken in June. The subject, a still active old automotive repair garage in the village of Creekside, PA. I’ve tried to get a photograph of the rustic building without the six to eight modern cars which usually clutter the premises. Somehow luck was with me and the Super Program on this particular day! A Sears (Rikenon) 50mm f2 which cost me The princely sum of $15 put the image onto Kodak Ultra 400 negative stock.
