Playing around with Revolog's gimmick films. This one is Volvox, where the gimmick is green orbs of varying size (and potentially intensity). It's better than the colour shift one I tried earlier, though at least one photo was ruined by a large cluster of orbs obscuring the subject.

Pentax Super Program.
Unknown lens (#1) / Pentax-A 50/1.4 (#2)
Revolog Volvox.

Chapel at Mission San Juan

I don't remember which camera, but definitely a Pentax SLR.
I do know the film was Kodachrome, because I've seldom used it.
This was taken in February 2001.

I wonder if this film was ruined by some mfg flaw, rebadged for sale?

Deliberately ruined, according to their website. But they're very cagey about what exactly they do to the film.

Looks like a Xmas film! :

My local photo store carries Revolog films as well as the similar Kono! & Yodica. I've only tried a couple with mixed results.

The other Revolog one I tried was called 600nm. (I posted some shots from it somewhere in here.)

It basically looked like poorly stored Ektachrome slides, all Kool-ade red, but was more expensive than buying expired film.
